We believed you could get the same luxury materials without paying for some brand's marketing budget, so we built it ourselves.

to the biggest mod brand in the world.
2017
A frustration becomes
an obsession
We saw what the luxury watch industry was really charging for — logos, marketing, retail markup. So we started building our own modified pieces.
2019
1,000 watches on wrists
Word spread fast. No ads, no influencers — just guys showing their watch to other guys. A thousand sold, and we knew this was bigger than a side project.
2021
The Seville workshop opens
We opened the first workshop in Spain and our own team. Full quality control from first screw to final inspection. No outsourcing the things that matter.
2023
10,000 watches on wrists
Five figures in sales. We relied on word of mouth but we also started posting on social media.
2025
The configurator goes live
We gave the opportunity to our customers to fully customize their watch and we also started shipping worldwide. This is when Moddy's stopped being a shop and became a brand.
2026
130,000 happy customers
We’re proud to say there are a dozen clones pretending to be Moddy’s but the quality doesn’t compare. And the number of happy customers prove it.
