We are pleased to offer Free Premium Worldwide Shipping on all orders exceeding 150€.

• For orders below 150€, shipping rates are dynamically calculated at checkout based on the destination address, package weight, and selected carrier options.

Because our timepieces are built-to-order, please note our structural processing timelines:

• Processing & Assembly Time: Orders typically require 2 to 5 business days to be processed, individually configured, and fully prepared for dispatch.
• Tracking Notification: As soon as your order leaves our facilities, a confirmation email containing your dedicated carrier tracking number will be automatically generated and sent to you.

Each timepiece is assembled individually to guarantee exceptional standards. Your delivery window of 7 to 15 business days reflects a rigorous step-by-step production flow:

• Component Selection & Verification: Upon order confirmation, our team meticulously sources and verifies all structural components selected in your configuration.
• Manual Assembly by Expert Watchmakers: Once parts are verified, our dedicated watchmakers assemble your timepiece by hand, ensuring precise hand-alignment, fit, and operational durability.
• Rigorous Quality Control & Calibration: Before dispatch, every watch undergoes a strict, multi-point inspection process to verify timekeeping accuracy, water resistance, and structural presentation.
• Secure, Premium Packaging: After passing all quality checks, your watch is securely packed in specialized, impact-resistant packaging to guarantee it arrives in flawless condition.

4. International Shipping & Customs (Duties Prepaid)

To ensure a seamless delivery experience, we ship internationally on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis wherever possible.

No Hidden Fees: All customs duties, import taxes, and administrative clearance fees are entirely prepaid by us. The total price displayed at checkout is final; you will not be required to pay any additional fees upon the package’s arrival in your country.

6. Destination Restrictions

We ship to a wide range of global destinations. Destination availability is verified electronically at checkout. If our system accepts your shipping address and processes payment, it serves as confirmation that we are fully capable of executing delivery to your location.

7. Modifications and Cancellations

Please review your shipping and contact information thoroughly prior to finalizing your purchase. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier or entered the final dispatch phase, we are legally and operationally unable to modify shipping addresses, contact details, or order contents.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

VOLDIS assumes commercial responsibility for your shipment while in transit.

• In the rare event that your package is deemed lost by the carrier, or if it arrives showing signs of transit damage, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at contact@moddys-watches.com.
• Please include your order number and, if applicable, photographic evidence of the damaged packaging or item so we can immediately initiate a claim with the carrier and arrange an expedited solution (replacement or refund).
