This document establishes the contractually binding Terms of Sale between you (the “Customer” or “Buyer”) and VOLDIS (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) when you purchase any product or timepiece via our official e-commerce platform, https://moddys-watches.com/ (the “Site”).
By placing an order on this Site, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, along with our integrated Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy.
SCOPE OF CONTRACT & ORDER ACCEPTANCE
• Binding Offer: Your order placement constitutes a legal offer to
purchase our products. All orders are subject to acceptance by VOLDIS. A binding
contract is only formed when we transmit a formal Order Confirmation Email
to your verified email address.
• Fulfillment Discretion: We reserve the right, at our sole
discretion, to refuse, limit, or cancel any order placed with us for legitimate
reasons. This includes, without limitation, orders that appear to be placed by
dealers, unauthorized resellers, or distributors.
• Made-to-Order Philosophy: You acknowledge that our timepieces are
configured and hand-assembled individually based on your custom order parameters.
Therefore, inventory control and fulfillment are subject to structural processing
timelines.
PRICING, PAYMENTS, AND BILLING
• Currency and Adjustments: All prices listed on the Site are subject
to change without prior notice. The price charged for a product will be the exact
price displayed at checkout at the moment the order is processed.
• Secure Payment Processing: Our online storefront is securely hosted
and powered by Shopify Inc. We accept all major payment methods processed via
Shopify’s encrypted gateway. You agree that your billing details must be
current, accurate, and fully complete.
• Inaccurate Billing Info: If your payment card issuer rejects
authorization or if billing information is found to be incorrect, we reserve the
immediate right to suspend or cancel your transaction without liability.
SHIPPING, TIMELINES, AND DELIVERY
• Thresholds: We proudly provide Free Premium Worldwide Shipping
on all individual or collective orders exceeding 150€. For orders
below this threshold, precise shipping costs are dynamically generated and
displayed at checkout.
• Craftsmanship and Delivery Window: Because each watch is assembled
by hand and subjected to extensive multi-point quality control inspections, our
standard operational pipeline consists of:
– 4 to 7 business days for internal component
preparation and master assembly.
– 7 to 15 business days total delivery timeframe
for the package to safely arrive at your destination.
THE VOLDIS NO-HIDDEN-FEES CUSTOMS GUARANTEE (DDP)
We operate under a global DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) framework.
• 100% Prepaid by VOLDIS: We assume full financial responsibility for
all international import taxes, custom clearances, administrative border fees,
and local duties.
• Zero Unexpected Fees: The price you pay at checkout is absolute and
final. You will never be required to pay supplementary charges to local customs
authorities or delivery couriers upon arrival.
RISK OF LOSS AND TRANSIT ASSURANCE
• Corporate Accountability: VOLDIS retains structural risk of loss
and ownership of the product until it is successfully delivered to the shipping
address provided at checkout.
• Transit Damage Coverage: We maintain absolute confidence in our
structural packaging. In the rare event that your timepiece sustains any form of
transit damage or logistical defects prior to delivery, we will immediately
execute a prioritized replacement or process a full refund upon verification.
AMENDMENTS & ADDRESS CONSTRAINTS
• It is the customer’s strict responsibility to provide comprehensive
and accurate delivery coordinates at checkout.
• Address modifications can only be accommodated if requested via
contact@moddys-watches.com
before the order enters our automated dispatch queue. Once a shipment is
handed over to our logistical partners, it cannot be rerouted, cancelled, or
amended in transit.
THE 100% RISK-FREE RETURN & REFUND GUARANTEE
We operate with absolute confidence in our products, which is why we offer a completely risk-free purchase experience:
• 30-Day Evaluation Window: You have a full period of 30 calendar
days from the date of delivery to return your watch if you are not entirely
satisfied. The product must remain unused, unworn, and securely packed in its
original box configuration with all protective stickers and films intact.
• Return Shipping Reimbursed: Upon authorizing your return request,
you may ship the item back via your preferred carrier. VOLDIS will fully
reimburse your return shipping expenses as soon as the package is logged into
our facility.
• Zero Restocking Fees: We do not penalize our customers; no
administrative or restocking fees will ever be applied to your return.
• Lightning-Fast Payouts: Within 3 to 5 business days from the
exact date your return package arrives back at our warehouse, we will execute a
full refund of every single cent directly back to your original payment
method.
PROMOTIONAL COMPLIANCE (e.g., BUNDLES)
Orders executed under a promotional structure (such as a “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” campaign) are calculated fractionally. If you return an item that was part of a promotional bundle, your structural refund will be equal to that specific item’s purchase price minus the baseline retail value of the free item you choose to retain. This ensures transparent, balanced, and equitable commerce.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Sale, along with any transactional disputes, actions, or claims arising between you and VOLDIS, shall be governed exclusively by, construed under, and enforced in accordance with the laws of France. Any legal proceedings must be initiated solely before the competent courts of France.
