We assemble as many of our watches as possible in Seville, but to reduce wait times for our customers, we may use partner workshops in other cities across Spain. Some custom watches may be assembled outside the country due to certain workshops not selling their parts individually. In such cases, you will be notified before your watch is assembled.

Our watches have a water resistance of 3ATM, this mean that they are designed to be water-resistant for everyday situations, such as splashes or rain. However, we do not recommend using them for swimming or diving.
Several factors can affect water resistance, such as an improperly screwed crown, a sudden impact, or a change in temperature.
If you need enhanced water resistance for swimming, please let us know before placing your order. Our Seville workshop can install reinforced gaskets for improved water resistance. This service incurs an additional fee of €49.90.
Lastly, please note that any markings on our dials are purely decorative and do not reflect the actual water resistance level of the watches.
Given the thousands of possible combinations, we can't display them all on our website. Please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram with the model you're interested in, and we will assemble it as a custom order exclusively for you.

We typically require 3-7 working days to assemble your watch. After that, shipping times may vary between 4-8 working days, depending on the chosen shipping method and the destination country.
In total, the process usually takes around 7-15 working days.

Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping on orders over €150. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination country.
No, you won’t encounter any additional charges. We cover all taxes and import duties, ensuring a hassle-free delivery experience.
The price you see is the total you'll pay, with no surprise fees at delivery.
Once your watch has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the status of your order as it makes its way to you.

Your order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address as soon as you place your order. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact us via email to check if there was an issue with your order.

There is a short period between placing your order and beginning its processing. If you contact us via email immediately after placing your order, we may be able to cancel it before it is processed.
Please note that orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. If you contact us after this period, your order will already be in processing or shipping, but you still have the option to return it once it is delivered.
You can return the item within 14 days of receipt if it is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
We also offer exchanges at no additional cost if there are any issues with the delivery or if you receive a damaged package.
