About Moddys Watches
Moddys Watches is an independent watch brand operated by VELOS MEDIA GROUP LLC.
We create and sell independently designed and assembled custom watches using automatic mechanical movements and components sourced through commercial watch-component supply channels.
Some of our watches may incorporate NH35 automatic mechanical movements from the Time Module mechanical-movement range.
Important Clarification
No Affiliation with Seiko or Time Module
Moddys Watches and VELOS MEDIA GROUP LLC are not sponsored by, endorsed by, authorised by, or officially affiliated with Seiko Watch Corporation, Seiko Instruments Inc., Time Module Ltd., or any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries or affiliates.
The use of an NH35 movement or any other third-party component does not mean that the finished watch was manufactured, approved, sponsored or distributed by the manufacturer of that component.
Any third-party company names, movement names, calibre numbers or technical references appearing on our website are used solely to accurately identify or describe the components incorporated into a product.
All third-party trademarks and company names remain the property of their respective owners.
Origin of Components
The mechanical movements and other components incorporated into our watches are obtained through commercial supply channels.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, the inclusion of a third-party component does not create an official partnership, dealership, distributorship, sponsorship or authorisation between Moddys Watches and the component manufacturer.
The country of origin of individual components may differ from the country in which a watch is assembled or from the location of the seller.
Independent Assembly and Craftsmanship
Each Moddys Watches timepiece is independently assembled as a custom watch.
Before shipment, each watch is inspected and function-tested for basic operation. Any testing performed before shipment does not replace or extend the warranty terms, statutory guarantees or consumer rights described in our applicable policies.
Our watches are independent custom products. They must not be understood or represented as original watches manufactured, approved or distributed by any third-party watch brand.

Throughout this website, the terms “Moddys Watches,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to VELOS MEDIA GROUP LLC.

By accessing our website, using our services or purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Section 19 — Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
However, this choice of law does not deprive a consumer of any mandatory protection available under the laws of the country or jurisdiction in which the consumer habitually resides.
Any dispute may be brought before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law. For transactions that are not consumer transactions, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.
