At Moddys Custom Watches, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange a product, please review our return policy outlined below.
1. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items (Upon Receipt)
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order.
We will arrange a return and either offer a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
2. Returns for Exchange
If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.

You are responsible for return shipping fees (if it is not a quality-related issue).

The new item will be shipped at no additional cost.
Conditions:

The watch must be in its original packaging.

All protective films and plastics must remain attached.

The watch must be brand new, unused, and unworn.
Once protective films have been removed, the watch cannot be returned or exchanged, as it can no longer be resold as new.
3. Returns for Reasons Other Than Manufacturing Defect
At Moddys Custom Watches, all orders are eligible for return except the following:

Watches created through our configurator

Custom-made watches based on combinations requested outside our website

Watches with custom logos
If your order does not fall under these categories and is not related to a quality issue, it is eligible for a full refund.
Accessories may also be returned and refunded.

Once protective films are removed, the item cannot be refunded, unless it was defective or damaged upon receipt.
Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility if the return is not related to a quality issue.

European Union 30 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without justification.
